We plan to unite all families within the church, and develop this directory for future uses. We have reviewed your requirements and considered your objectives and appreciate the opportunity to provide the following approach for your consideration.

Choosing a Picture Day

Upon signing the contract to use our services, we will provide you with two Picture days. The first Picture day will be used to take 90%-100% of all photos. The second Picture Day will be used as a “Rain-Check” for any people, or families that could not make it on the first day. Please understand that if a person or family does not attend either day they will not be featured in the Directory. Of course as a courtesy we will work around your schedule, however both picture days cannot be more than 3 weeks apart.

Picture Day Itinerary

Arrival: We will arrive 1 hour before Scheduled appointment for set up purposes. Upon arrival we will collect completed order forms for review. All payments should be attached to order forms.

Pictures: Each person/family will have a strict allotment of time to sit for their photos.When all photos are taken, there will be a 1 hour pack up time.

Single Portraits* consist of one person before the camera

Collections* Silver, Gold, Platinum & Premium packages

Family Portraits* consist of two or more people before the camera
